                                HOT SAUCE a la FAY

I love my food spicy!!! I know a lot of other people do too. I like that nose leaking, eyes watering kind of spicy, but my kids cant handle it that hot so I had to compromise. Here what i made last night that definitely does the trick:


Ingredients: 4-5 tbs Crushed pepper flakes
                  1 Jamaican bonnet pepper(chopped)
                  2 cubes of Maggi chicken boullion seasoning(crushed)
                  1 tbs chili powder
                  1/5 tbs clove powder
                  1 tsp minced garlic
                  1 tsp minced onion
                  1 tsp salt
                  1 tsp black pepper
                  1 1/4 cup Water
                  3 tsp oil
                  6 tbs vinegar

Directions: *Place all ingredients in a pan for about 10 min on high without the vinegar.
                  *After ingredients show signs of  significant reduction add the vinegar and cook on low for 5more minutes.
                  *Taste test.( my favorite part lol)

Went Extremely well with these wings Hubby made last night :)  How else could we have dealt with Hurricane Sandy?
